These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.homepulse.in ("Website"), mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Lifestyle Care, located at 5 Civil Lines, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh 470001, India ("HomePulse", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing our Website, placing an order, or booking a service, you ("User", "Customer", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. About HomePulse
HomePulse (Lifestyle Care) is a home appliance service and spare parts company based in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, providing:

Repair, installation, and demo services for AC, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, RO, Microwave, LED TV, Water Cooler, Water Tank Cleaning, and Small Appliances

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) plans

Sale of genuine home appliance spare parts via www.homepulse.in
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm you meet these criteria.

You may be required to create an account to place orders or book services.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

HomePulse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false information or misuse.
4. Products & Services
4.1 Spare Parts

All spare parts sold are genuine and sourced directly from authorized distributors/manufacturers.

Product images, descriptions, and specifications are for reference; minor variations may occur.

Compatibility is customer's responsibility — we recommend confirming model numbers before ordering.
4.2 Services

Service requests are subject to technician availability and PIN code serviceability.

Service charges are communicated upfront. Additional charges for spare parts (if required) will be informed before work commences.

AMC plans are governed by a separate service agreement, signed at the time of enrollment.
4.3 Service Warranty

All repair services carry a 30-day service warranty against the same issue/complaint.

Warranty does not cover new faults, customer misuse, or damage by third-party intervention.
5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST (23BEJPS5108H1ZI) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Accepted payment methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD, subject to eligibility).

For service bookings, payment is collected after work completion via QR code, UPI, or cash.
6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation email/SMS.

HomePulse reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to: stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or non-serviceable location.

Customer may cancel an order free of cost before it is shipped. Post-shipment cancellation is governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped as per our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., courier tracking, payment gateways). HomePulse is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of such third-party sites.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomePulse, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of Services, or violation of any third-party rights.

Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored as per our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
