Refund & Return Policy

At HomePulse (Lifestyle Care), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence for genuine home appliance spare parts. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any return request raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return only if:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or non-functional.

  • The item delivered is incorrect (wrong model, wrong part).

  • The product is in its original condition — unused, unopened, with original packaging, tags, invoice, and all accessories intact.

  • The product is not listed under non-returnable items (see Section 6).

3. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Please share your Order ID, product photo/video, and reason for return. Our team will verify and approve the request within 24–48 working hours.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the product received is defective, damaged, or wrong, HomePulse will arrange a free reverse pickup or reimburse courier charges (up to ₹150) on submission of the receipt.

  • If the customer returns for any other reason, return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • Products must be securely packed to prevent damage in transit. Damage during return transit is the customer's responsibility.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Once the returned product is received and quality-checked at our Sagar warehouse, refund will be initiated within 3 working days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI / Bank Account / Card) within 5–7 working days after initiation.

  • A 5% handling & restocking fee may be deducted in case of non-defective returns.

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via NEFT/UPI — customer must share bank details.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during clearance sale or marked "No Returns".

  • Electrical components that have been installed, used, or tampered with.

  • Items returned without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wrong installation, or mishandling by customer or third-party technician.

  • Consumables (filters, gas, adhesives, cleaning chemicals) once opened.

7. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of refund, we will ship the replacement within 3–5 working days after the returned product passes quality check, subject to stock availability.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled free of cost before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed — you may refuse delivery or follow the return process above.

9. Warranty Claims

Warranty-covered spare parts are handled separately under the manufacturer's warranty terms. For warranty claims, contact us with proof of purchase and the defective part.
