Shipping Policy
At HomePulse (Lifestyle Care), we are committed to delivering genuine home appliance spare parts safely and on time across India. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

In case of stock unavailability or any delay, our team will contact you within 24 hours.
2. Shipping Partners
We ship across India through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and Shiprocket. The courier is selected based on your PIN code serviceability.
3. Delivery Timeline

Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.)3–5 working days

Remote / Northeast / J&K7–10 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

Orders below ₹999: ₹49 flat shipping fee.

Cash on Delivery (COD): additional ₹49 COD handling charge applicable.

Bulky items (compressors, large units) may attract additional shipping charges — customer will be informed before dispatch.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select PIN codes across India.

Maximum COD order value: ₹5,000.
-
COD is not available for orders above ₹5,000 — only prepaid mode accepted.
6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive the AWB (tracking) number via:

SMS on registered mobile number

WhatsApp (if opted in)

Email on registered email ID

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If the package is undelivered after 3 attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, shipping and return charges will be deducted from the refund.
8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept delivery and inform us immediately at 8818882042 or homepulse.sgo@gmail.com.

If you discover damage after opening, raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery with photos/unboxing video.

Lost or misrouted shipments will be replaced or refunded after courier investigation (usually 7–10 working days).
9. Wrong Address / Incomplete Address

Customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

If the courier is unable to deliver due to wrong/incomplete address, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
10. International Shipping
Currently, HomePulse ships only within India. International orders are not accepted at this time.
